JOB DESCRIPTION
- Own the content editorial calendar and work across contributors (i.e. events, promos, etc.)
- Research, write and edit content, including but not limited to editorial/ advertorial, corporate profile, web copy, social media posts, video scripts, infographics;
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Youtube), including; planning content, publishing content, monitoring comments, direct messages and mentions, analyzing insights and suggesting improvements;
- Manage website including planning content, publishing content, creating landing page, optimizing website performance;
- Identify influencers, experts and communities that can help grow our follower/ fan base and engage them;
- Work closely with digital marketing and brand marketing in setting up social media and content strategy and executing it;
- Design a social listening and social media crisis management plan;
- Support paid digital marketing efforts and ensure synergy with all efforts;
- Serve as the social media go-to-person within the company, maintain and develop an understanding of best practices, features, industry changes, strategies and tactics;
- Design and execute routine social media and website reporting, both quantitatively and qualitatively on key metrics on content performance, including growth in fans/followers, engagement, web traffic, revenue influence, consumer sentiment and trends in conversation.

REQUIREMENT
- A well-rounded background (6+months) managing social media and digital content
- A history of success developing an editorial calendar from scratch
- An ability to measure/report on your success using social analytics and traffic measurement tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills
Experience in developing, sourcing and creating images, graphics and video for social media
